Hi attorney i need your advice regarding our land that we purchase from FILINVEST REAL ESTATE IN CEBU it has been two years since we fully paid our LOT till now we havent received our TITTLE OF THAT LOT every time i ring them. The reason they've given still in BIR! Pease help me . Thank you.
