Hi.

I work in a Call Center. And i got this txt from my Team Leader. I hope you can help me. This is my first job.

" I learned you were on NCNS (No Call No Show) last night shift. You're aware that you've had previous offenses prior to this. Just prepare your explanation. You're gonna have a hearing for dismissal next week. "

I have had offenses of being late and got Disciplinary actions for that. I also had one NCNS before on my 2month. I was Hired last Feb2012.

I understand that i should defend myself why i should not be terminated. I have good performance and have been passing all my scorecards. What should i do. I would really want to keep this job. Thanks! I hope you could help!

Your TL probably meant that you would be undergoing due process (Notice + Hearing) before any decision would be made.

And if found guilty, you could be given a sanction up to (and including) termination.
