Atty ask ko lang po. May gusto sana ako buy na property. The seller just received the title just this year, is it true if i purchase the property, i can't immediately transfer it to my name unless the title is one year from date of issue? They say that the RD wont allow to transfer the title if this is the case. Hope you could help me on this. Thank you!
