This is practically a dead topic, but here I am. Still replying to it for future reference.
I'm not sure about what your question is, but I'm guessing it's: "Is it possible for two or more separate crimes to arise from a single criminal act?"
The answer is YES, it is possible for two crimes to arise from one single act. Another example is rape, a violation of the anti-rape law, and a violation of R.A. 9262.
