good day po sir. ilalapit ko lang po ang concern ng mga previous co workers ko.. we worked in a lending company. and because of new management , natabangan po ang mga dati kong co workers. pano po kung magresign sila ng sabay sabay? may magagawa po ba ang employer? pano po kung i withhold po nila ang bonds and other claims po nila? thanks po..

hindi yan nakukuha sa gulatan.
ayon sa batas, kung gusto natatabanagan na kau sa pagtratrabaho, dapat ipaalam mo ito ng hindi bababa 30 araw bago ikaw ay yumao....
