ito po yong concern ko... legal po ba ang ganitong terms and condition/policies?

suki card policies

1. Membership fee is P50.00. Renewal is P30.00
2. Membership and card validity is for one (1) year only .
3. a member shall earn 1 point for every P1,000 accumulated purchases;
4. a cardholder must earn a minimum of 50 accumulated points to qualify the redemption.


ganito po kasi atty. nag avail po kc ako nito saka ko lang naisip na para yatang ginisa ako sa sarili kong mantika... ung registration fee ko na P50.00 ay matagal pa bago ko mabawi by points kasi kailangan ko pang bumili worth P50,000.00 o higit pa sa loob ng isang taon haha. worst pa nito kung hindi aabot ng 50 point ay hindi ko ma redeem ung points ko at kailangan ko pang mag renew after a year, additional payment na nmn. buti pa cla nakinabang na thru my registration fee at sa mga goods na binibili ko sa kanilang store...

Anyway, legal po yan, business strategy or business judgment po yan ng store. In a long line of cases, the supreme court said that the court cannot supersede its judgement in lieu with the judgment of an enterprise or any business establishments. (business judgment rule) Kahit baluktot po yang business strategy nila, eh hinde po pakialaman ng court yan also hinde rin pwedeng questionin yan.
