Good morning sir! I would like to seek assistance reg my personal debt. Sad to say nasangla ko po yung titulo namin for 15,000 kasi nagkasakit papa ko na may interest of 3%/mo last June 2010. Hindi po ako nakahulog dahil wala po akong work that time. Come January 2011 I asked my cousin na bayaran na nya yung utang nya sa mama ko amounting to 12,000 and she said na binayaran na daw po nya yun sa nagpautang skin and that made my debt just 3,000 plust interest.Ask ko po sana regarding interest, yung 3% interest po ba is applicable for the principal amount (15,000) still kahit na let's say nagbayad yung pinsan ko ng 12,000 last Jan. 2011? or yung interest na 3% will apply sa remaining balance na 3,000 going onwards?
a) 3% of 15,000 [450] x 30 mos plus principal [15000] less 12,000 paid by cousin = 16,500
b) 3% of 15,000 [450] x 7 mos [06/10-01/11]
then since nagbayad cousin ko ng 12,000 that makes the principal 3,000. so going on it will be 3% of 3,000 [90] x 23 mos [02/11-12/12] plus 3,000 remaining pricipal = 8,220
Sorry po napakahaba with computation pa.. I really dont know what to do po kasi. Siguro ang main question ko po ay 3% parin ba ng 15,000 ang babayaran kahit na nagbawas na kami ng 12,000 or yung natitira nlng ang maiinteresan? Hope you answer my queries. Thank you so much and God bless!
