Pag po ang empleyado ay AWOL, at stated sa contract na mahhold ang last claims nya which he signed. Pero ibibigay pa rin po ng company. Question po magkanu po ang normally ang damages for AWOL? yun allowed po ng DOLE?

basically, dapat kung ilang days ka pumasok you should get the corresponding salary for that. what specific claims are you referring to? kasi kung di mandatory ng law, company has right to withhold these, even bonuses.
