Hi Atty, may nabili po ako na real estate with Conditional Deed of Sale, nakalagay dun sa contract na kami ang magmaintain at mag fully utilized ng property upon down payment. ang problem po namin eh yung pamangkin nung owner, sya pa din po ang kumukuha ng rent ng ibang tenants na based po sa Contract eh dapat sa amin na nagbabayad. Pede po ba yun kasuhan ng professional squatting or ano po ba ang pede namin gawing case kasi nagbigay na po ng File for Action yung Barangay namin dahil di namin mapigilan yung pagsingil nya ng rent.

Ano ba usapan sa contract kayo ba ang maniningil ng renta ano ung condition sa deed of sale other than magmaintain at gamitin ang property (seemed to me as usufructruary). Kasama po na sa condition ung pagsingil sa renta at kung sino ang maniningil. Kailangan ninyong pag usapang maigi yan. Tapos po balikan ninyo po kami ng mga dagdag na detalye ng pag uusap ninyo.
