anu po pananagutan ng abagodo kung ang documentong inihain sa korte ay palsfipikado?
pwede po ba pumirma ang isang client ng special power of attorney kahit wala siya dito sa pilipinas?
kelangan bang personal na pipirmahan ng client ang special power of attorney?

1. What do you mean that it is done at the Philippine embassy?What are the procedures done?
2. Dose it mean that the Special Power of Attorney(SPA) will be sent outside the country and the respondent shall sign the SPA and resend back to the country after SPA will be signed?
3. Supposed that responses of the petition of a civil case does not contain verification signature of the respondents, what will be the result of the response?

Ano po ba yan simpleng civil case o related po sa wills or succession? Kasi ibat ibang batas ang mag apply dian po.

1) it can be authenticated at the ph embassy
2) yes, but spa has to be authenticated at the ph embassy before sending it back
3) if it's an ordinary civil case like collection, verification is not necessary. if it's an answer in annulment, it is required
