Please help..

Me and my xhusband got married way back 2004. After a month relationship did not work out,we separated. Until now we are legally married,he now have his own family with 1 child. We have 1 kid also. I dont want to be with him anymore. What legal procedure should we do aside from annulment. Is there another way to be legally separated,meaning arragement in front of atty then,arragement in black and white then notarized.Coz we know that annulment is very expensive.

Please advice

good morning po!ako rin po ay may problemang ganyan gusto ko na po makipaghiwalay sa husband ko,hindi ko na po matiis ang pananakit nya sa akin.annulment rin po ang naiisip kong solusyon kaya lamang ay hindi ko po kakayanin ang gumastos ng malaki.Sana po matulungan nyo po kaming sagutin ang problemang ito.maraming salamat po.

both of you have 2 options; legal separation or annulment. if you are planning to get married later, with another guy, you should file annulment.

if you are experiencing physical abuse, file physical abuse under RA 9262.

Hindi po pa pwedeng notarized agreement na lang po from both parties na wala naman sa kanilang dalawa ang my balak pa na magsampa ng demanda kung magpakasal man sila ulit sa iba, annulment is really expensive... how about if the both parties are not interested anymore to get back their relationship as a husband and wife and wanted to have their own family?

Christina falls*, ilang beses na nasagot ang mga tanong mo pero paulit ulit ka pa rin sa pagtatanong ng parehong tanong na para bang gusto mo ng ibang sagot. Kung hindi ka maniniwala sa mga sagot sa iyo ng mga tao rito wag ka na lang magtanong dito.
