Hi,
I would like to ask 3 question regarding the Land Title of mine?

1. Pwede po bang itransfer yung title sa aking mga anak na minor ages from 11,10 and 2 yrs old.

2. Kung sakaling nakapangalan sa wife k yung title pwede k bang ipangalan din yun sa mga bata na minor?

3. At kung nakapangalan sa aking wife yung title pwede p ba nyang ibenta or isanla yung title na kahit hindi alam ng mga bata?

Please help on this matter.
