tanong q lang po kung ano pwede ggawin kung hindi nniwala yung parents sa sinasabi ko at pina police blotter ako.. kahit ano na kasi sinasabi nla and the sad fact is wla witness yung time ngyari ang incident.. I believe they took what i said out of context.. help me pls

if they file a complaint at the prosecutor's office then start preparing your counter affidavit, evidence and witnesses

what can i do to have "good evidence" when there were no witnesses and the incident happened 2 months ago so the evidence is gone since i didn't really thought that someone would complain at the time.. i already threw away what i could possibly use as evidence...
