Arresto Menor

ask ko lang po if ano yung blotter process?
ano po yung pwede gawin ng police sa accused?
ano po ang rights ng accused?
can they question the accused at their home or kelangan ba sa police station talaga?
if mali yung accusation ano pwede ggawin sa ngreclamo or counter complain?

need your advice please.. thanks
