Arresto Menor

If a case has been dismissed, and you refile using the same affidavit of verification, is that affidavit still in force, considering that the refile is the same case, and refiled within time frame.

Please advice. thank you.

on what ground was it dismissed? is that legally allowed to refile a case which has been dismissed already? I think it depends on the ground for dismissal...I think it is advisable that you execute a new Verification after all.. you are to refile a case...anyways, hindi ko sure answer ko. Attorneys..please help in this query.thanks: )
