good day poh ask ko lang poh may savings account po ako sa isang banko and me nagbayad po sakin gamit ang cheke den nung pina deposit ko po sa bank ung tseke sabi po sa bank mali daw po ung pirma dun sa tseke... now po me mga tanong po ako , maapektuhan po ba ung savings account ko, second po magkakaron poh ba ng case dun sa nagbigay sakin ng tseke na maling pirma daw nakalagay. needed ur reply asap

no, your savings account will not be affected but the funds from the check will not be credited to you.

what is wrong with the signature? is the person who issued the check the account holder? if he is, then just have him issue you a new one.

if he is not the account holder, then yes, that's a crime. if the check has insufficient funds, then that's also a crime.
