Hello! I have been with the BPO industry since 2004 and my latest employer does not offer night differential during training. This is the first time I encountered this. In all the other 8 call centers I've been with, trainees receive night diff ranging from 10-30% when training between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Kindly advise if night diff for trainees is not mandated by law. Thanks and more power to you!
