a middle aged single lady feels she is running out of time to have a baby. she has sufficient income and wants someone to get her pregnant.

She is willing to sign any contract stating that she will not request or sue for support from the donor. Similarly, she will want the donor to sign a contract promising not to pursue any rights or custody of the child.

The desired pregnancy will be by natural means, not by invitro fertilization or artificial insemination which are costly and may take more time.

First question: are either of the 2 contracts mentioned, waiving support and waiving rights, be legally valid and binding?

2nd question: if after the contract and pregnancy, the man and woman ended up continuing a relationship, could this invalidate the contracts?

3rd question: are there any conditions that could change your answers? such as the donor being a foreigner or married?

thank you
