Arresto Menor

last july nagkagulo kami kasi sinaktan ako nang.live in partner ko kahit wla na kami dahil sa pera, ipinahuli ko siya sa mga pulis while nasaloob kami police patrol marami sinasabi ang nanay niya may kabit daw ako at adopted child daw ako bakit daw nagmamalaki yung mga police nakaranig talaga, nahihiya ako kasi hindi naman yan ang issue atsaka wala akong iba lalaki pero yung adopted ako totoo yun...pwede ko ba ma.file nag.case kasi? ano kasi naman? ano po ba penalty kung sakali?
