help please: legal wife violent and scandalous

good afternoon. i have two children with a married man and his wife refues to allow him to support our children. they hav two children of their own. we are living together for almost two years but his wife gets his whole salary. she threatens to cause a scandal in the house (of which she did) and at the office (she alsi did already) if salary given to her does not tallly wih payslip. she doesnt honor any agreement not even the agreement she signed and filed in the barangay office. she refuses to file for separation/anullment but is ok for us living together as long as husband gives his full salary and visits every weekend fo their kids. she doesnt fail to harass and threaten. what can we do? what can i do to get child support.

as long as you are living with the husband, you will be vulnerable to a counter charge. it already seems like you can't even face up to her 'scandalous' ways.

the legal remedy is to file a complaint against the father of your children. or get ready for the wife's reaction when he does not give full salary.

it is very hard to face up to wife's difficult ways especially when she uses her children as shield, literally. she brins them whenever she wants to cause a scene like those times she barged in the house, she pushes her children forward and tells them to see how bad their father was and that their father has other children to love already...also when she goes to the office asking after her husband, telling the guards that she will sue them for conspiring with her husband for who knows what.

can i file a complaint regarding her refusal to allow child support?

yes, you can file a complaint, but it should be against the children's father, not the wife.

can i charge wife for harassment, tresspasing, and scandal for barging in my house uninvited and for constant text messages threatening to cause scandal in the office and repeat scandal at my house and for forwarding messages to my officemates (whom she got hold of cp numbers), the messages addressed to me but sent to my officemates' numbers?

you can charge her with libel or unjust vexation

should i file my complaint in marilao bulacan where she resides? can i file this directly in court or should i file this irst in the barangay?
