On August 14, 2012, a memorandum was sent out advising that our account in a BPO will close on or before November 19. Redundancy notices have been served to almost half of the account. Is it possible for the company to retract their previous announcement that a severance package will be given to their employees? Is it also legal for the company to retract their previous letter which was signed by the employees on their last day of work? Thanks!
