hi to all, im new here.. hope you can give me good suggestions. i purchased a promo ticket of a fast ferry that is libre-balik. they gave me two tickets stapled together and made my way to my destination. upon going back, the other ticket lost its vessel's copy portion (same as boarding pass). i suspect that it was taken out together with the other ticket upon my first boarding because i could not find it and did not notice it being lost in the first place. now, the check-in personnel in my return trip suggested me to purchase another ticket because the ticket i presented lost its vessel copy and its considered void. it was their policy they said. the following day, i went to the customer service counter to adress my complain but they conveniently dismissed it reminding me that it is their policy. because of that, i wrote a letter to the manager to address the same problems but 4 weeks have passed and no reply. they are also collecting baggage fees not stipulated in the ticket and dont have any tarrif at all. and their actual time of travel is 20% more than the time they always claim in their advertisement. is it fair that i must purchase another ticket for the same price, even if only the boarding pass portion was lost?is it fair to the passengers that they always collect baggage fees to us and does not totally implement the free baggage allowance? and is it fair to us that they always claim to travel in 1hr 40min but their actual time of travel is 2hr or more? thanks..
