good evening po. Ask ko lang po if valid po yung marriage contract ng boyfriend ko and his ex. They were both abroad before when they requested a marriage cert kase po nabuntis po yung girl at nakulong po sya.since may kilala sila sa munisipyo sa pinas that time nakakuha po sila ng ceetificate pero hindi sila ang nakapirma kase nga po nasa abroad sila nun. And when we check his sigleness he is already married...please advise if this is valid or not?and what do we have to do if it is valid as we are planning to get married soon. thanks and God bless...
