Kailangan ba ang isang company accredited ng TESDA bago kumuha ng trainee as learnership and apprenticeship? Learnership is maximum of three months and the company is obliged to hire the learner. What if, after a month hindi talaga matoto ang learner and the company decided tapusin ng 1 month, pwede ba yon?
