Small claims case due to breach of employment contract

Hi attorney. My previous employer filed small claims case (worth 50,000) against me due to breach of contract. Nagpadala na ng sulat yung QC Court na sa Oct. 2 na yung hearing. It's been almost a year since umalis ako sa company na yun. Ilang beses din sila nagpadala ng sulat na kelangan ko daw bayaran 50,000 kasi di ko tinapos contract na 1 year, nakalagay kasi sa contract na pinirmahan ko na magbabayad ako 50k pag di natapos contract. Nag AWOL ako nun kasi di ko nagustuhan trabaho ko dun at ang sama ng ugali ng employer ko. Akala ko eh wala na yun pero ngayon kinakasuhan na nila ko.. Ano po gagawin ko? Wala naman ako pambayad o ari-arian na ipangbabayad dun. 22 years old pa lang ako, Employed na ako ngayon sa ibang company pero di po sapat yung kinikita ko para mabayaran yun. Help me attorney.. Kailangan ko ba talaga bayaran yun? hindi na ba mvvoid un? Thanks!

for going awol, the company is entitled to damages. as to the amount, it will be based on the evidence and the discretion of the court.

Thanks for the reply attorney. Hindi na po ba maddismiss yung case na un? Magkano usually minimum ng singil? di naman po nila kami pinagtraining..
