Hello, pahelp naman po. We acquire a property via in house financing mga 3 years narin kami naghuhulog then suddenly ngkaron ng problem with developer sa mga titles ng mga lupa sa subdivision namin. Nagask ako kung gano ba katagal makukuha ang title kng icacash ang sabi ng staff hindi raw nya masasagot kasi daw nakaassign sa hdmf ang proprty na binabayaran namin. Continue parin kami ng bayad at worried ako na baka mapunta lang sa wala lahat ng binabayad namin at hindi makuha ang titulo.please advice po ano dapatgawin..
