Hi, I've been working for more than 2 years now in a private company, i'm a regular employee. Before, we used to have loads of work but now, our branch is a bit inactive due to low number of nursing students. Our supervisor is thinking to relocate us to another city(branch). But i think i can't accept the relocation due to some personal reasons. If i am not willing to get relocated do they have the right to force me to resign? please help.

they can force you to relocate, and refusal can be considered as insubordination.

but they can't force you to resign
