good day!

eto po ang nakalagay sa contract:

project cost is P500,000.00. 30% will be given as down payemnt upon signing of the contract. 50% will be paid by progress billing and the remaining 20% is upon full acceptance of the project.

sa aking pont of view:
150,000.00 will be paid upon signing of the contract. then the 250,000.00 will be based on the progress billing. (kung on the first month po ng prject na accomplish n po is 20%, sa 250,000.00 kukunin ung amount)

tama po ba ang pagkakaintindi ko sa kontrata?

thanks po!

we have transacted a land surveyor to subdivide our property in the province. This man was my sisters friend .His father is the geodetic engineer, but he accept lot survey work.
This man received completely our payment in 2007. The son, ( who received our payment) was not an engineer during that time. It was his father who is a registered g. engineer. The first survey plan they made was dis approved by the local municipality because of the required measurement was not met. So , it was returned back for revision. The revised plan does not show equal share of all the siblings, and majority reacted on it. Lately, we have come to a decision to push on the said plan, after making an internal agreement between us, so that we can start on the approval of the plan to be ready for titling. This man could hardly be seen. If we go to his house, he is always not there. We tried to see him in his office(he is now working in a provincial government) but he is always out...nas field daw.We asked from her wife her celfone number, we tried to call him , but he does not answer our call. We tried to go to his house as early as 6 am, para maabutan namin sa pag labas nya... Yun makikita na namin, and will just assure us na i pa process nya , after asking an apology. We feel something different because he does not respond to us honestly. Finally after several revision of the survey plan, and is ready to be submitted to the DENR, we asked him if when he is going to submit it there, and we volunteer to follow it up at the DENR. We asked for an authorization letter from him, and he gave us dated july 15, 2012. Last monday September 10, I went to DENR to check if how's our plan , is it nearly to be released? I found out it was not submitted in there.

My question, is he liable sa pangloloko nya sa amin, after assuring us to submit this plan for approval, wala pa pala? He didn't bother us to inform the cause of the delay.

We have a handwritten receipt of payment amounting 44,000 in 2007.
Ano pong kaso ang pwede naming ireklamo?
