second question, kapag po ba contractual employee wala talagang 13th month? ang alam ko kasi mandated na ito ng batas natin.

not clear if you are a contractual or contractor. the first is entitled to 13th month, the second is not.

Pagkakaalam ko wlang tax ang minimum wage earner.. Does your basic pay is only minimum??If so, tax deduction is illegal.

i have the same situation. I would like to know if this is valid and legitimate, in the contract state that we are Sub-contractor then our provider / employer will deploy us in a client.

This is a fixed term contract of 1 year in contracts it state if we decided to resign / leave we need to pay unserved revenue.
So i want to know if I am a legitimate contractor / subcontractor or not.
