Arresto Menor

I had been using "Ma. Eloisa" instead of "Maria Eloisa" in my scholastic records, employment and insurances. The latter is the first name appearing in my birth certificate. I was registered in Manila but is now living in a far province. What should I do to correct the discrepancy. I would like to use Ma. instead of Maria. Thank you..
