Arresto Menor

Hi Everyone,

Just want to ask some advise regarding the retirement age of Security Guards. As per RA5487 Section 5..One of the qualifications should be not more that 50 years of age. Does that mean the retirement age of Security Guards orPrivate Deterctive is set at 50 years instead of 60 as indicated in our labor code?

Please advise.
