I, together with 5 of my co-emloyees filed once a case with an employer with "illegal dismissal." I withdrew with the filing of case and got the company's instead. The other 5 employees continued with the filing and they won the case up to the supreme court's decision and were re-instated and were baack to work already. My question is "would there be a possibility for me to go back to the company and request them to re-hire me since my fellow co-employees were proven that they were illegally dismissed? Thank you.

you can request, but they are not obligated to accept you. you already waived your rights by accepting the settlement.
