is R.A 10172 applicable to a foreign national who was married to a filipina...my foreign husband's second name was typographically written on his middle name? (given name:CHIEN-JEN; typographically written as GIVEN NAME: CHIEN AND MIDDLE NAME: JEN which is basically wrong)how long it takes to fix this problem PLEASE NEED SOME ADVICE WITH REGARDS TO THIS MATTER!!! THANK YOU!!

if this is a philippine birth certificate, then it's ra 9048 which may apply.

actually,sa marriage certificate namin nagkaroon ng clerical error and my foreign husband's name was the one affected by that clerical error>>>
