Arresto Menor

mga sir tanong ko lang po..kasi pnp member ako at dinismiss ng korte ung sinampa naming kaso dahil hindi kami naka atend ng hearing for two settings.ang problema po hindi naman namin nareceive ung subpoena kaya hindi po kami naka attend.kasi po ung court subpoena server sa kasamahan namin pina receive, hindi naman po kami ininform.ano po ba ang dapat gawin?
