GRAVE THREAT AND ORAL DEFAMATION

Hi, I have a problem. My Boss filed a complaint on PNP. I was so shocked when 2 police came on our office and gave the letter of invitation on their office to assist on their investigation. It is a grave threat, they've got the skype logs of my office mate and on the group conversation, they have found the message that says "anong kaguluhan to", I said "xa" and then he said "itumba na yan", I said "itumba mo nga kuya nel", on that situation, we are only joking, and we have no intention, actually I cannot remember if who are we talking about, it maybe our co-employee who is also a member of that group conversation. The group conversation is composed of 10-12 people.

I went to the office of the police, and explained my side, they believed that I we have no intention and they said that Its our boss's decision.

I talked to my boss and she said she forgives me and she will talk the Police. What will I do if she proceed the case? I have no enough money to fund any lawyer. Please help me.
