tnx for the reply sir/mam can i ask another question anu po ba ang ginagawa sa hearing.my cousin is accused for qualified theft tpos po sa monday n hearing nya pero nkipagusap n po kame sa complainant ngkayos naman po at ang sbi bi2gyan nga po sya ng affidavit of desistance kailngan po b hawak n nya yung affidavit bago mghearing? salamat po.
