Arresto Menor

Hi I have bounce chek worth 10.5k only. Since April this year d ko na funded. Sabi ng banks collections dept they will forward my case to legal dept. I'm unemployed right now and ad of today wala pa nkipag communicate Saken na legal last usap ko is July. Sabi ko naman I will settle lahat by november kase nghanap pa ako mahiraman. May possibility ba na usable pa Ito da korte?
