Association Fee

Need some advice, bumili kmi ng lupa somewhere in fairview, before we buy it nalaman nmin na may bbayaran kming Association fees ang computation is 0.75xper sqmX the year 2000 to 2012. so kung ang lupa nmin is 300sqm this is the amount we should pay 0.75x300x134months = 30,150 pesos. so before we pay then said lot nilinaw nmin n may bbyaran kming gnun hlaga sa Association, then sabi nun sa opis wla daw kming bbyaran ks d pa nman kmi ang may ari nun lupa since 2000. we just bought the lot ito lng feb 2012, sbi nila ang developer daw dpat ang magbayad nun!! do u think kmi po ba ang dpat mag bayad nun o ang developer? bkit kmi ang sinisingil ng Homeowners officer sa Association fees n un d pa nman kmi ang may ari ng lupa that time!! pls help us d ako makakuha ng building permit because of this!!

Ano po ba itong lupa na binili ninyo sa isang subdivision.Kayo po ba ang first buyer o second buyer,kasi po kung sa dveloper yan palagay sila po ang dapat magbayad,pero kung second buyer kayo bak naman po me utang ang previous buyer.,pero mas mainam po siguro magsadya kayo sa developer at liwanagin ninyo roon.
