Patulong naman dito, hindi ko kasi alam kung saan ko hahanapin. Question True or False siya tapos kapag False, explain it in not more than 2 sentences.
1. A complaint involving a promissory note must be filed in court within a period of 8 years from the date of execution otherwise, the same is barred forever.

2. A complaint involving a contract of loan that is duly notarized must be filed in court within a period of 10 years from the date of execution otherwise, the same is barred forever.

3. A complaint involving a contract of loan that is not notarized must be filed in court within a period of 6 years from the date of execution otherwise, the same is barred forever.

4. A complaint involving an oral contract of loan must be filed in court within a period of 4 years from the date of oral agreement, otherwise the same is barred forever.

5. If the creditor waives and forgives the obligation of the debtor but the debtor desires to pay, the same is still tantamount to a valid condonation.

Please, pa-help! Mamaya ko na to gagamitin! Crying or Very sad Thank you talaga sa tutulong! Very Happy
