Hi, need you help here..please.. My parents bought a house and lot in a village from a Foundation in 1989. Amortization has been paid for 15 years, the house and lot is now fully paid we already have the Deed of Sale. Because my parents are already old and sickly, and all of us (daughters) are married, wala na silang kasama sa bahay sa Village so we decided na tumira muna silang dalawa pansamantala sa malapit sa dalawa kong kapatid. They built a small house for them in between my 2 sister's houses. They still visit the house in the village during weekends or at least once a month since may mga gamit pa din naman kami dun.
Until one day pinatawag sila ng Village president telling them to sell the house and lot since ginagawa dw nilang bakasyunan. We never intended to sell it pero pinipilit sila ng village president.
Just recently kinandado ang gate namin kaya hindi nakapasok ang parents ko nung binisita nila ung bahay. Ang question ko, kahit foundation ang may-ari ng village, and binili naman namin ung house and lot, may right ba ang foundation to force us to sell the property?
Please please help us, sa tingin ko kasi nahaharass na ang parents ko sa village president namin.
