if warrant of arrest was issued against you, yes. if not, very unlikely.

hello po..itatanong kulang po.kung mag coconflict po ba sa nbi clearance ko yong kaso na nkafile smin.yong case po nmin is under of fiscal p po kc hinihintay p po yong resulosyon n bumaba,eh.nkapag counter affidavit nman po kmi don sa case na nka file samin.worried lang po ako kc kumuha po ako ng nbi last aug.2,then.na hit po ako.possible po ba na nag conflict yong case nmin?worried lang po kc ako.need ko po kc yong nbi for renew my seamansbook...thank you po..sna po pki sagot...im getting worried n po talaga..
