Arresto Menor

gud day.!iam now a 2nd year college student taking BSE english in a state university of Rizal,Iam not totally a homosexual ,my case is just like this, one of the professors in the said university despised my personality, he humiliated me in the midst of the class and it hurts on my part,so what I did is i went to our Dean's office and no more action had done, so iam asking for a good advise what steps im going to take or make.
