Good day , Im glad Ive found this website.. based fron the forums ive read i really hope i could also get advice from you about my situation.
Im 24 yr. and a teacher, christian and single and engaged to a 42 yr.old military muslim who has been married once also in a muslim woman.According to him, they got divorced and he just know they have one child after they separated.After 18 yrs, we met. One of my concerned that really bothers me is that were planning to get married,and my family worries about it.how can i guarantee that ever we marry it is legal? His first muslim marriage is registered in the civil registrar.My habol pa po ba yong first wife niya? Yong nkaregister sa beneficiary niya sa work is still the first wife, can we change it? hindi ba ako kakasuhan kung mgpapa civil wedding kami? both parties respect our religion..kya to make it fair we decide civil wedding is the best option..Ireally hope u could give me advice.thnx godbless
