May I ask what are the requirements to execute an extrajudicial settlement of estate?
This are what I have in mind and correct me if i am wrong.
The property is registered under the name of their father and mother. Their mother died and they want to divide the property with the remaining two children, and the rest to their father.
1. cedula
2. valid id's for father and all heirs?
-is this a must or cedula is enough?
3. all survivings heirs agree with the above. there is no minor on the surviving heirs.
4. there is no last will from their deceased mother
