ask ko lnag po kung ano po bang dapat gawin para mapawwalang bisa ang kasal namin ng dati kong asawa?halos 7yrs na po kaming hiwalay.at siya rin po ang unang nagkaroon ng anak sa iba.?after 2years po naming pag hiwalay tska lang po ako nag karon ng anak sa iba..pero ang anak namin ng dati kong asawa ay iniwan nya sakin since 6moths old palang ito.at hnggang ngayon ay nasa akin parin.gusto ko lang na maging maayos dahil may araw na nag text pa sya skin.?ano po bang dpt kong gwin?slamt po

8 years n po kmi separated ng husband ko, ask ko lng kung valid ba ung kasal nmin dhil christian pastor ang ngkasal sa amin pero pareho kming catholic, is it true na pwde lng mgksal ang pastor kung meron lng khit isa sa amin ang converted sa born again? tnx....

Hi myheavenonearth.

Isa sa mga grounds ng annulment ang "lack of authority of the solemnizing officer"; kaya lang hindi ito magiging ground isa sa inyong mag-asawa (o pareho kayo) ang naniwala na may authority ang solemnizing officer na ikasal kayo.
