I have resigned with my company this july. And then they hold my last 1 month pay. I also have an accumalated 10 days leave which is encashable.
If my computation is right , my last pay should be computed based on the ff.
1.) My last 1 month Salary
2.) 10 days leave
3.) 13th month pay
4.) Tax refund
Tama po ba? my legal basis po ba yung mga factors na yun? or yung last 1 month salary ko lang ang pagbabasehan nila ng last pay ko?
