They sign a one sided 6 month contract favoring the "lessor" for which the lessee paid 6k/month for 6 months.After 6 months, Dr. G tells Dr. N that she will increase the rent to 8k as her rent also went up to 16k.Dr. N then went to confirm with the building owner if it is true only to find out that Dr G was lying and that there was no increase.Then Dr G just told her if you will not pay the amount you have to leave and I'll rent it out to somebody else...
