"FIVE(5) officers of associations received in trust the collections of INCOME of the said Association with the express obligation and duty on their part to deposit or remit whatever collections received by them from the Association, but said accused misappropriated, misapplied and converted the same to their own personal use and despite repeated demands made upon them to turn over or remit said amount to the association accused deliberately failed and refused and still fail and refuse to account for and/or remit the said amount" ????
