Arresto Menor

My wife owes 15k to an individual in 2009. She was paying installments until she got sick and to date the other party claims that she already owes her 120k. Looking at my wife's record, we found that she already paid 32k with signatures on payment made excluding those that were not signed due to tiwala system. Now she is excerting evry effort including going to my wife's work to embarass her and even threatens to strip her of her professional license. what can we do from this? Please help...
