hi attorney!
The contract clearly states that i'll be getting 15k as basic salary ( tax deductible) plus 5k NON TAXABLE ALLOWANCE so the total would be 20k all in.
However, im only receiving 15k basic salary ( deductible) plus 3k NON TAXABLE ALLOWANCE total is only 18k.

sorry po naguguluhan na po ako. I really want to take actions kasi 4 months na po ako sa company na ito and still di nasusunod ang contract. thanks
